Studying Business in the ICWS gives you fantastic opportunities to improve a diverse range of skills. Making presentations, writing reports to tight deadlines and doing group work in the degrees is brilliant training for a business career.
I have had an unforgettable year. Not just for the studies experience, but because the staff are very friendly and helpful, they have a talk with you if you need any help and have any problems. Being an International student makes studying here really exciting. You will be steeped in other cultures.

What's going on in Swansea
Being a student isn't just about studying... there are also a lot of exciting and fun things to do in and around Swansea! Here you will find an idea of what to expect...

Sports
Swansea is a sports mad city. The newly built ‘Liberty’ is a 20,000 seat stadium that is host to Swansea City football club, who hopefully will be playing in the Premiership in 2010, and the Ospreys rugby football team.

Seaside
Why not try and visit one of Swansea’s beautiful beaches? Swansea itself boasts over 50 beaches, and the Swansea University campus is the nearest University in the world to a beach! |
 |
Music
If it’s music you are into there are a large number of live music venues playing everything from dance, rock all the way through to jazz and acoustic music, so there is something for everyone! |
 |
Growth
The SA1 development is a £150 million project which has completely revitalised Swansea into a modern city. This includes high quality housing, restaurants, a Leisure Centre and the biggest indoor water park in the south West UK. A perfect place to live if you love the sea! |
 |
Shopping
Swansea is a great place to shop and is recognised as a regional shopping centre for South West Wales. It hosts many big high street names as well as independent boutiques, specialist shops and traditional arcades.
Visit the Quadrant Shopping Centre, where you can shop to your hearts content whatever the weather under a glass roof and take a stroll through Swansea Market, which boasts the largest indoor market in Wales.
