Tim was born in Wales and has spent the majority of his life studying there. Studying at the University of Glamorgan for his Psychology Degree, he became involved with the international support unit working as a welcome week helper for three years.

He also works for OCR as a Marker and Moderator for examinations. He returned to Swansea to join Navitas in December 2008 with ICWS.

In his free time Tim is involved with many activities. He is a debater and debate coach, is an avid archer, psychology researcher, public and events speaker and loves to try new things.
